Gallery Radio
Terms and rules
Submission agreement version 1 · October 2026
Gallery Radio is a free, non-commercial site that plays art and music sent in by the people who made it. These are the plain-language terms for sending work, the rules for what can be shown, and how to get something taken down.
Submission agreement
When you submit a picture or a song and check the agreement box, you agree to the following:
- It's yours to share. You made the work, or you own its copyright, or you have permission from whoever does to submit it here. That includes any samples, photos, fonts or other material inside it.
- What you allow us to do. You give Gallery Radio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, show, stream and play the work on this website, with your credit, and to use it in small previews that promote the site (for example a share image or a short clip of the slideshow). Your work may be resized or compressed so it loads quickly.
- You keep your rights. You still own your work. You can sell it, license it, and share it anywhere else. Nothing here transfers ownership.
- Credit. Your work is shown with the title, artist name and link you provide.
- Taking it down. You can ask for your work to be removed at any time by emailing the address below from the email you submitted with. We remove it within 7 days. Gallery Radio can also decline or remove any work at any time, for any reason.
- AI. You've labeled honestly whether AI was used. AI-made work is welcome, but it must be labeled.
- Age. You're 18 or older, or a parent or guardian agreed to these terms with you.
- No payment. The site is free and makes no money from your work. No one is paid for submitting, and there are no ads.
- No guarantees. The site is a hobby project, offered as it is. It may be changed, paused or shut down. Keep your own copies of your work.
We keep a record of when you agreed, which version of this agreement you agreed to, and the email you gave, so we can contact you about your submission. Your email is never shown publicly or shared.
Content rules
Submissions and comments must not include:
- Sexual or pornographic content. Artistic nudes are fine: classical paintings and sculpture, figure studies, and fine-art photography of the human form. Mark them as nudity when you submit, so listeners who'd rather not see them can filter them out.
- Hate, harassment, or attacks on people or groups.
- Graphic violence or gore.
- Ads, logos used to promote something, or spam.
- Other people's work, or real people's likenesses used without their permission.
- Anything illegal.
Comments appear right away. Anyone can flag a comment, and flagged comments are reviewed. Anyone can also report a piece from its comment panel.
Copyright and takedown requests
If your work appears here without your permission, email the site owner with: a link to the piece (open its comments and use the address bar, or describe it), proof that it's yours (a link to where you first posted it is usually enough), and how to reach you. We take the piece down while we look into it.
The paintings hanging in the welcome-screen gallery are public-domain works from the Cleveland Museum of Art Open Access and The Met Open Access collections. The hall changes between visits; click any painting to see its title, artist and a link to its museum page. The walls of the gallery rooms are original images made for Gallery Radio.
